YuBake is a premium baking brand operating in Qatar, offering custom-made sugar cookies, Paint Your Own (PYO) cookies, DIY kits, soft baked cookies, cupcakes, and related products (“Products”).

2. Orders & Custom Products

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Custom-made products (including personalized cookies, PYO kits, and cupcakes) are prepared specifically for each customer.
• Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom or time-sensitive orders.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details (design requests, text, delivery address, and contact information).

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.
• YuBake does not store or process debit/credit card details directly.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• YuBake is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
• Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of baked and custom products, all sales are final.
• Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of proven defects or errors caused by YuBake.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

• Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy.
• While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, YuBake cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and advising us of any allergies prior to ordering.

• All content on the YuBake website, including text, images, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of YuBake.
